As a retired MLB outfielder, primarily with the Detroit Tigers, baseball taught me the importance of showing up every day in order to do the job right. After those playing days, I continued my education at the University of North Texas and embarked on my next career. My experience began in general contracting, where I managed the build of multifamily apartments.

The experience in home development didn't stop there, as God made a way into managing the construction of custom homes and barndominiums. The greatest reward is bringing a family's vision to life. As the years progressed, I accepted a land developer position with First Step Homes in the North Texas area. Here I oversee the development of communities, from the initial steps of acquisition and engineering to the finale of watching the families move into their new homes.

Born and raised a Texan, I currently reside in Argyle, TX with my incredible wife and our three daughters. It is my joy to lead my family with Jesus first and an honor to steward this business for His glory. Whether you're buying, building, or investing, I can guarantee this. You will gain the unique perspective from a builders point of view and be provided with honest and helpful answers every step of the way.
